Fifi is the founder of the MExIndex film database, a founder member of the Plastik Festival Dublin, a member of Critical Forum Dublin, the Grid Collective, and Visual Artists Ireland.

She was secretary for the ‘Sculpture in Context’ Open Exhibitions 1995-1999. She has been on selection panels for County Kildare and Meath, Offaly Louth and Dublin per cent for arts Projects. She was also a founder member of AKA, Association of Kildare Artists.
